Within the frame of the Erasmus+ project "Essential Competencies for Digital Activities", three of the teachers in our school had the opportunity to visit a partner school in Sweden for a job shadowing activity. The objective was to develop competences in using digital tools and platforms in the teaching-learning-evaluating process.
The school management and teaching staff in Ekedalsskolan were really happy to share their knowledge about digital tools and many other aspects in the school life. The students also shared things about their activities and about their school, which they are very proud of. It was a fruitful experience and the Romanian teachers were really happy to bring new ideas so that our students can benefit from this visit as well. Apart from the degree of technology-based activities and equipment, our teachers were really impressed by the atmosphere, the friendly relationship between students, students and teachers, the creative practical approach in all the subjects, the importance of playing together in the schoolyard and the great care for each and every child at any moment. Many thanks to Mrs Selenius and her wonderful team! And also, special thanks to Raluca, Maths and Science teacher at Ekedalsskolan, for helping with the partnership!
